With at least three years’ practice within the cleaning and support services or similar industries you will be required to fill in as required across multiple service areas such as tea service, cleaning or logistics teams. In addition, you will have a full driver’s licence and intermediate computer expertise. Nga korero mo te turanga – About the function The Campus Caretaker position has recently been aligned to include detailed upkeep of our Campus with regards to the presentation of external fittings and spaces. Creating and maintaining a schedule of works will assist in the development of this function. You will work closely with the team leaders of each service line reporting directly to the Property Services Support Lead. There will be a lot of variation in this function with tasks ranging from departmental tearoom servicing, assisting with internal core cleaning requirements to external cleaning, water blasting, and treatment application, ensuring that Health and Safety is central to all activities. income will be in the range of $49,920 to $58,240 per year located on expertise, expertise and practice brought to the position.
