The function This is a sales support position where you will be supporting both sales consultants and customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing enquiries via phone, email and the website for business and home customers • Capturing and processing customer orders • Providing quotes as well as pricing, payment options, invoices and credits • Processing cash backs, credits and returns • Back up reception tasks, general office admin and assisting with stock takes • Building and maintaining relationships with customers • Providing a high level of customer service This is a full time position, hours Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5pm. We need this person immediately so Information technology will start as a temp position, however if you’re the right person its highly likely Information technology could turn into permanent.
