Information technology has established an outstanding international reputation for its quality and breadth and draws large audiences from Auckland and farther afield.As Programme Coordinator, you will work alongside the Festival Administrator and Programme Manager, assisting in the areas of artistic and operational administration, grants support, programme co-ordination and production support. You'll contact with publishers and writers regarding travel logistics, programme collateral and contracting, input data into our festival scheduling system, provide programming and general administrative support, and take on other tasks as required to ensure the organisation runs smoothly. This is a new entry-level position, and as part of a small team Information technology offers an opportunity to develop wide practice in a busy festival environment. You will need to be flexible, organised and energetic with a keen eye for detail, able to work under pressure with excellent communication and teamwork expertise, and an interest in literature.
