This organisation aims to be the preferred provider of private healthcare services, chosen by leading specialists, major health insurers, patients, and their families. Their purpose is to provide continuing excellence in the health and wellbeing of the people in their care.

About the function

You will be responsible for providing administration, marketing & communication support and coordinating the activities to the health and wellbeing services across the organisation. The function is broad from a marketing perspective, so you will need to be an all-rounder and hands-on marketer with practice in both digital marketing and social media. You will be heavily involved with writing website content, social media campaigns, organising collateral for events and conferences to name a few. This position is the perfect opportunity for someone to join a great team and make the function their own. You will have ample opportunity to lgain and develop your expertiseet.

tasks

• Maintain the SharePoint intranets.
• Manage the creation of marketing collateral for health & wellbeing services.
• Coordinate social media channels including but not limited; content creation, paid advertising, uploading, scheduling and customer engagement.
• Support rebranding and acquisitions as required.
• Manage customer relationships and proactively update the database with new & existing referrers including medical education registrations.
• Coordinate the marketing of events and act as the team liaison with the significant teams, accounts department and vendors for event preparation and ordering.

expertise & practice

• At least two years’ practice as a Marketing Coordinator or adjunct
• capability to demonstrate a good knowledge of various social media business/advertising functions.
• Event planning & management.
• Background in the health sector highly desirable.
• Resilient and able to work in a fast moving environment
• capability to think proactively and laterally to maximise opportunities to promote the work of Evolution Healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal expertise with the capability to build highly credible professional relationships.
• Proficient in use of the full Microsoft Office suite.
