Not yet the star (but you could be if you work hard) but a critically important part of the kitchen team. Information technology does require doing dishes and quite a lot of them – but at least you are getting paid for Information technology (and we have a super cool, super big dishwasher!) You also get to help with some of the food prep – like peeling potatoes, but we don’t just do that with a peeler we use a machine called a Rumbler. Now that’s cool! This job has plenty of variety but plenty of dirty dishes! A great place to start and / or continue your career in the kitchen. prosperous candidates will be required to work in a busy restaurant environment..
