This is an integral role in our client's business; therefore, we are seeking a candidate with 10+ years' experience in delivery of change & business transformation. As well as this the successful candidate will bring to the table proven experience within the promotional print industry or a very similar industry sector to be able to hit the ground running. The role of Process Improvement Manager will facilitate the continuous improvement of technical and operational processes to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness in delivering to production requirements. Key responsibilities & Accountabilities for this role include (but not limited to): » Acting as a platform between management and general staff to provide advice & knowledge on process and technical activities » Providing leadership in continuous improvement projects and helping to develop, lead & train teams on their implementation » Analysing, determining, recommending & implementing strategies & solutions that resolve problems and ensure optimum utilization of equipment, materials and personnel » Communicating with and adhering to the needs of upstream and downstream departments & ensuring they are treated with respect and integrity » Providing operational & tacit knowledge of business systems & machinery to wider staff If this role sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for and right here in beautiful Dunedin, then what are you waiting for?
