Tasked to lead a strong practice leadership abilities across IST with the purpose of delivering high value results and engagements that will benefit MSD's goals. The IST leadership abilities team is seeking a strategic leader with a strong background practice in Practice and Capcapability Development, with a proven track record of driving success in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with the Group General Manager IST, Delivery Leads and wider stakeholders across the Improvement Systems and Technology network.
