This is a really exciting opportunity for an practiced recruiter who wants to come into a thriving organisation to look after the end-to-end recruitment process’ as well as help implement effective strategies and initiatives in this challenging market.

tasks

• Taking lead of the recruitment process to make sure that the business is best positioned to recruit effectively
• Lead other team members with BAU recruitment
• End to End recruitment such as writing adverts, interviewing, and pre-screening candidates, organizing interviews, reference checks etc
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for hard to fill functions
• Relationship management both internal and external
• Provide monthly reporting
• Assist with developing marketing material

expertise & practice

• At least 3+ years recruitment practice
• Strong relationship management practice
• Excellent communication expertise both written and verbal
• great problem-solving expertise
• Proactive and motivated
