Reporting to the Team Leader for Technical Support, the Technical Helpdesk Representative will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, build, and maintain relationships with customers, provide Level 1 technical support, maintain and improve technical knowledge and use self-management to ensure all requests are up to date. All training is provided as well as continuous support and upskilling. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR NOVEMBER 7 START DATE.
