Job Opportunity: Senior Analyst, Data:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho supportsthePublic Service Commissionerinprovidingleadership abilities of the public service, including oversight of performance and integrity of the system.Underpinning our capability to do this, is high quality data and evidence. The Strategic Information Team sits within the Strategy and Policy Group as the data steward for the Commission. Building and maintaining our data assets, as well as providing analytics and insights to support the Commission in all that Information technology delivers. Working in a motivated, highly engaged and very supportive data team. As a senior data analyst, you will have strong statistical and analytical expertise to help deliver analytic solutions and products across a range of important topics. Across any one day this may include: working on ensuring the public service is a great place to work as we undertake the first public service census, Te Taunaki; measuring and modelling our workforce to understand its diversity, capcapability and composition; and monitoring and reporting on performance of the public service as a whole.
