The Role: As a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of a food processing plant located in Feilding. This position offers fixed working hours and days, ensuring you can plan your life around your work commitments. The specifics include: Working Hours: » 32 - 40hr per week (flexible for the right person) » Tuesday to Friday » 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM This role operates on a 4-day working week schedule, providing you with a better work-life balance. Additionally, there is opportunity to earn extra income through weekend overtime work. Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following attributes: » Strong Time Management Skills: Efficiently manage tasks and schedules. » Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with computerized preventive maintenance systems. » Punctuality and Reliability: Maintain impeccable records and timekeeping. » Commitment to Health and Safety: Proactively ensure a safe working environment. » Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and thriving under pressure. » Valid NZ Driver's License: A must for this role. Desirable Experience (but not essential): While previous experience is an advantage, it's not a prerequisite.
