Detailed Job Description:
   » Utilize the bespoke CRM student management system with proficiency to organize and manage courses effectively.
   » Coordinate course enrollments, scheduling, and logistics with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
   » Provide exceptional customer service to industry professionals, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
   » Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
   » Assist in managing training materials and resources, ensuring their availability for various courses.
   » Collaborate with the training team to ensure smooth operations and seamless delivery of courses.
Candidate's Profile:
   » Proven experience in administrative customer service within the electrical, electronics, or telecommunications industry, showcasing a strong understanding of the field.
   » Familiarity with a CRM system or student management system is preferred.
   » Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy, problem solving and detail.
   » Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with both clients and the internal team.
   » Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines consistently.
   » A degree or background in IT, electronics, or related fields would be advantageous.
   » Must have the right to work in New Zealand.
