Are you a person who pro-actively engages with customers? Do you thrive on giving a customer a seamless service?
Our client provides services to support disabled people within our community. The position of Customer Service Facilitator is a pivotal role within our clients' organisation, with it being the first point of a customer's interaction. The successful candidate will be required to ensure an efficient end-to-end service by taking customer orders, requests/queries, and coordinating all activities.
Reporting to the Service Manager your responsibilities include:
   » Interacting with customers over the phone and email;
   » Dealing with a high frequency of calls;
   » Keeping records up to date;
   » Communicates and coordinates jobs;
   » Reviewing reports and following up on activities;
   » Organises own workflow;
   » Ensuring customer timeframes are met;
   » Processing of orders/service requests;
   » Manages complex order;
   » Ensure documentation is filed correctly;
   » Handling and resolving customer complaints.
To be successful in this role, the skills and attributes required are:
   » Communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to listen and show consideration;
   » Working knowledge of a range of computer software;
   » The ability to work with speed and accuracy;
   » Previous experience within a customer service role is essential;
   » The ability to deal with complex situations in a calm and understanding manner.
