Here's what we need Help us deliver this purpose, by working with different areas of the organisation to improve the way we connect and engage with all New Zealanders. Our function as the Sector Engagement team is to lift consciousness of – and confidence in – the Gambling regulatory system. It's a big focus of the team to embrace doing things differently, proudly owning our space and knowledge the context that all parties in our system operate in. We want to grow confidence in the way we do things, and you'll be an integral part of the team that will break new ground to achieve that. As a Senior Engagement Advisor you'll be comfortable collaborating with leaders and managers across the Gambling Directorate and have a good knowledge of what success looks like from their viewpoint, so you and the team can design solutions to bring those results to life. When Information technology comes to executing the work, you will have the support of the broader team, which will include content creators, digital marketers, media engagement specialists and brand professionals. However, you'll need to be motivated and energised by rolling-up your own sleeves and getting stuck into the doing.
