Health & Safety AdvisorLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Temporary Salary to Category Construction & Architecture > OH & S » Health & Safety Advisor » » Roles & Responsibilities: » Review and analyse Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Risk Assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards. » Conduct incident investigations using ICAM/5 Whys methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. » Collaborate with the construction team to proactively address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety awareness. » Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs to enhance employee knowledge and adherence to safety protocols. » Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training activities. » Contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety practices on-site.
