Vivace in Fort St, CBD, is a Mediterranean style restaurant in its 30th year. We are seeking for someone to help us in the run up to Christmas (or longer if you are keen).
We are open Tuesday - Friday for lunch and dinner and Saturdays from 5pm. We have a team of 5 chefs- - they are a friendly, multicutural bunch who just get on with the job at hand.
The ideal person will feel comfortable on the grill, pasta pans &/or tapas section. We would really love someone reliable, friendly & chilled - we are not into the Gordon Ramsay style of behaviour as Information technology is a fully open kitchen - and lets be realistic, no one likes working with that type of person anyway!
