They are a construction company established through the collaboration of the 2 Directors, who set about the civil construction industry with the intent to becoming a key player in the small to medium sized construction company field. The function My client is seeking an practiced Project Manager with Civil Contractor practice. They have over 18 months of forward workload already secured and are looking for a key leader in the business to help deliver it. The function will involve: • Managing civil projects typically ranging from ($1M to $10M) - typically 3-water projects • Being the main liaison with customers, suppliers and staff • Utilising your NZS3910 expertise • Assisting in swiftly solving project problems as they arrive, in conjunction with your Site manager • Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and on budget. expertise & practice • Engineering or Project Management Qualification with • 10+ years Proven practice in a similar function, ideally in New Zealand • Demonstrated practice delivering 3-water projects e.g. pipelines, pumpstations, etc • Strong communication expertise and capability to lead and influence others • Exceptional problem-solving expertise • A positive "can do" attitude • Be a team player • Have a good work ethic & capability to work long hours • Competent in completing jobs as per plans and specifications • Attention to detail • Have a strong focus on workplace health and safety How to Apply?
