Among many things you will be: » Planning the export schedule using Excel, so a good grasp of MS Suite is essential » Ensuring all internal and external parties and teams are communicated with » Processing export orders, providing supporting docs » Closing orders within timelines » Maintaining accurate data » Forming and maintaining good working relationships with clients and customers » Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders » Ensuring dispatch confirmations are done on time this function is best suited to an accurate and reliable administrator who has logistics practice and can add real value to the customer service space as well as the accuracy and follow through in all export related tasks.
