About the function:
Due to rapid growth within the branch we are now seeking an practiced and motivated Personal adjunct to support our GM Agency Partnerships and Capcapability GCPO.
As an practiced PA you will slot in with ease as you take full control of a busy diary, schedule all meetings and ensure the GM is in the right place at the right time with everything needed to achieve results!
You will work closely with the Executive adjunct to the DCE and the other PA's in the Branch to provide a consistent service and support the Senior leadership abilities team.
Key to your success will be your capability to maintain oversight of all internal and external updates by managing emails, creating business correspondence and minutes, undertaking governance and secretariat support along with ensuring things flow seamlessly. this function will require you to anticipate needs and be flexible to change your day at a moment's notice as you respond to a range of events both big and small!
To be prosperous in this function you will:
   » Have exemplary communication and interpersonal expertise.
   » Be highly organised with strong planning and time management expertise.
   » Be able to multi-task on a range of activities with impeccable attention to detail.
   » Have proven practice of administrative processes, systems and technology with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
   » Demonstrate advanced level of technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
   » Work well as part of a team and be comfortable using your initiative.
About you:
this function will suit a highly energetic, sharp thinking and naturally skilled Personal adjunct who knows how to add value from day one. Working within a fast-paced environment, practice supporting a senior manager with the capability to be the ‘pivot support’ for the wider team will be a bonus here. You will need to demonstrate the capability to build relationships and gain trust swiftly with a broad range of stakeholders, both face to face and virtually so being confident across the range of MS office products coupled with excellent technical aptitude will ensure your success in this function.
