This includes streamlining the transition into production, ensuring new services or changes are designed for both operational needs and end user requirements. The function sits within Technology & Innovation, you lead ACC’s Service Design and Transition practice to ensure as services are created or changed that the service fulfils operational expectations and has no or minimal adverse impact on customers, users and the business. The Service Transition Lead capabilities will also need to encompass what impact changes will have on the ways of working for the organization, people, projects, and third parties involved in service management. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » Significant hands on practice with Service Transition including taking a lead function in the team » Strong ICT Operations practice » Strong customer focus and interpersonal expertise with the capability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels » Strong knowledge of frameworks including ITIL, SAFe, and Prince2 » capability to drive innovation and adopt new ways of working » practice in Risk Management; methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk » Self-driven and self-motivated, able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision » Team player, function models’ collaborative behaviours » Team leadership abilities practice with a proven history of getting the best out of people He tino nui te kaupapa o te whanaungatanga, o te kotahitanga ki a Te Kaporeihana ?whina Hunga Whara.
