This is a highly rewarding role and is the ideal role for someone who is customer-focused and thrives in an environment where there is a high level of client-facing activities. This role is Monday to Friday, Penrose-based role with the hours of work to be completed between 7:30 am and 5 pm, as part of this role your main duties will include: » Supporting the company's corporate image by wearing the allocated company uniform and keeping it in a clean and tidy condition. » Communicate effectively and clearly with customers through either email, phone call or face to face » Receive and process customer orders, and prep for dispatch once completed » Allocate materials to jobs, prepare packing slips and invoices, and close jobs as required. » Support any Technical Manager with their field activities to maximise the sales of any enquiries » Prepare and generate reports as required within the role. To be considered for the role, you will need to have: » Excellent communication skills » Have a high level of competency with technology, including phones and computers » A great attitude and willingness to help » Customer service experience, with a background in selling mechanical engineering products preferred but not essential » The ability to solve customer problems or queries, and provide an alternative solution that achieves an ideal outcome for both client and company » A current forklift license is advantageous, but not required for the role In return, for the successful candidate, we are offering a great team environment, a competitive salary package along with company perks and on-the-job training.
