We are urgently looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our client's busy production team based in the South Auckland area. This company strongly believes in developing its staff to achieve higher skill levels by providing internal and external training.

If you enjoy working in a busy and supportive environment where there is plenty of variety and challenge, this may be the role for you. This permanent, full-time role may involve rosters, nights and weekends, and daytime work hours.

The attributes we are looking for include:
   » A good level of physical fitness
   » Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
   » Ability to work shift work.
   » Worked in a manufacturing environment with previous experience in fast-paced machine operations.
   » A positive attitude with friendly open communication
   » You must be able to work well in a team environment and help where needed
   » Be capable of time management and ensuring deadlines are met

You will be an integral part of a team of dedicated, loyal, hard-working and committed employees. This is a "hands-on role" and you will be responsible for:
   » Fully operate assigned converting machine to agreed quality, safety and output standards
   » Complete all quality assurance and factory order requirements
   » This position will be responsible for training and instructing another crew
   » Training provided
