They are a small team who are a cloud located, hosting company dedicated to working with their clients to provide the best Information technology services possible. The function You will act with a deep level of specialisation in supporting a set of products and systems to help maintain the availcapability of the Information technology service practiced by end-users, and continually improving troubleshooting expertise and the mastery of fault diagnostic tools used in the support and maintenance of these systems. tasks • Provide Level 1, 2 and Level 3 advanced technical support • Assess client requirements; quoting and provisioning of products, services and solutions • Information technology services include email, public & private cloud hosting, backup, server & network implementation & support, web hosting, security, operating systems, application software and system management tools • Provide both remote and on-site end-user support • Contribute to after-hours support service and 24/7 on-call roster • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and either action, transfer, note message or log jobs • Assess client requirements; quoting and provisioning of products, services and solutions expertise & practice • At least 5 years’ practice working in IT • practice with VMware • Advanced expertise in the latest versions of Windows Server and Desktop O/S • Proven network practice and familiarity with routing and VPN • Proven practice with high level implementation and issue resolution • Excel in client service and communication Desirable • Linux expertise How to Apply?
