My client is searching for a highly motivated National Construction Coordinator to join their team based in the Mt Eden office. The selected candidate will work closely with the New Zealand construction field and management teams to provide an outstanding customer, team and financial results to the client. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: » Customer Communication » Support construction team administrator and manage compliance » Proactively manage team and subcontractor compliance » Manage cost control across all construction projects » Compile prestart documentation for all new equipment and modernisation project. » Manage workflow administration and support recruitment, training & induction » Proactively identify opportunities to improve the New Zealand construction business » Preparation of project handover documentation » Assist construction sales team QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS: » Precise attention to detail » Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing » Advanced analytical thinker who can adapt quickly to changes » Great team player » Advanced Computer skills In return for your experience and skills you will be working with an outgoing and tight knit team who has an excellent reputation across New Zealand and to continue to grow with them in NZ.
