About the function We’re on the hunt for a switched on and capable Team Leader for the inwards good team. You’d be leading a diverse team in a fast-paced distribution center, servicing all New Zealand. everyday you can expect to: • Receiving inwards goods. • Putting stock away. • Operating a Reach and Stock Picker. • Leading your team and ensuring that everyone knows what they are doing. • Ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times. • Managing workflow. • Training new team members. About you The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be health and safety focused and love working as part of a diverse team. We are open to taking someone who has worked as a team leader, or someone who is up and coming who is looking to take the next step in their career. • 3-5 years’ practice in Distribution Center • leadership abilities practice desirable, but not required. • Strong communication and teamwork. • Strong attention to detail. • Worked with MPI.
