We are seeking for a Shepherd/General Farm worker on our 700ha rolling hill beef and sheep farm in Cave near Fairlie in Soutn Canterbury. Fairlie is the Gateway to the Mackenzie Country which is abundant in lakes, ski fields and other recreational activities.
The job's main tasks are stock work, break fencing, lambing, tractor work, weed control, fencing and general farm maintaince.
candidates must be willing to work alongside owner operators and capable of working alone.
Some previous farm practice is required and competency on a quad bike is essential.
A three bedroom brick home is provided for accommodation.
candidates must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
