Reporting to the Credit Manager, you would be responsible making and receive collection-located calls. Ensuring compliance and a high level of customer service on each call, you will work to targets and KPIs. this function will require you to build up good relations with customers and meet collection targets. As a goal-oriented person, you will be customer focused, dedicated, and resilient and someone who thrives under pressure. About the function: » Compile customer credit applications and submit for approval » Reconciliation of customer accounts » Monitor all existing debtor accounts » Utilise credit reporting agencies to manage the company's credit risk » Ensure the timely resolution of any disputed accounts » Ensure timely issue of invoices » Escalation of delinquent debtors thought the agreed collection process About you: » 3 years plus practice as a Credit Controller / Accounts Receivables » Diplomatic but firm phone manner » Systematic and organized approach » practice on SAP would be advantageous A high degree of English communication skill is a must as you will need to communicate effectively and objectively with internal management as well as external clients.
