Transport Operations Centre Operator - Temporary Assignment
We have an excellent opportunity to join one of New Zealand's high-profile Government agencies. You will be joining a response team and must have solid customer service expertise, capability to multitask and priortise, system savvy and high level of communication skill set. availability to work within a full shift rotation on a rolling 24/7 roster regime.
   » Commencing ASAP to December 2021
   » $26.50 per hour
   » 24/7 roster shift work, 2x early, 2x late and 2x night with 4 days off before the rotation starts again
   » Johnsonville Location
   » Working with a large high-profile Government agency
Key responsibilities include:
   » Monitor, respond to unplanned events
   » High level administration and customer service tasks
You will need to have the follow proven practice and attributes:
   » Solid customer service
   » Can multitask and prioritise workload
   » Resilient and work well under pressure
   » Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
   » Good communication and relationship management expertise
   » Sound expertise of New Zealand geography
   » Happy to commit to shift work and rolling 24/7 roster requirements
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:
   » Have a significant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
   » Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
   » Live in Wellington
