About the function
Our client is seeking an practiced change manager to work alongside the Head of Business Transformation on a project that will transform the business! The purpose of the function is to identify and manage the change happening across the business in order to achieve the desired results as set by the business. tasks and responsibilities include:

• Ensure that those impacted by change are ready, willing and able to implement the shifts.
• Work with the people and culture team to support the people aspects of change.
• Work with the EPMO and Information technology teams to identify change impacts
• Identify risk and compliance

expertise & practice
• In-depth expertise of best practice change management frameworks and tools
• practice influencing, coaching and guiding senior leader
• 5 plus years of practice leading change in large, complex change programmes that include significant Information technology components.
• capability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
