The Employer
Our client offers a wide variety of medical services relating to their specialist area, and with clinics all over NZ they are leaders in their field, using world leading technology to support their patients treatment plans and options (both private and public).
The Position
   » Reporting to the General Manager, you will be part of a close knit team of operational staff in a busy Clinical environment with a friendly and supportive team
   » The smooth HR operation of the administration, lab and clinic operations is a key part of this function
   » You will be looking after staff recruitment (but not Doctors), the onboarding, IEA production, the handling of basic queries from Managers/Team Leaders and each fortnight ensuring the Payroll is processed across to their Provider who runs the actual payroll (thus no practice in payroll is required)

   » We are seeking for Somebody with broad HR Advisory practice who would enjoy adding the medical (essential services) field to their repertoire
   » You will be confidential, happy to help others, and genuinely enjoy being the initial point of contact for any HR enquiries
   » You may have other clients that you look after as well as being available for this function
Offer
   » Approximately 18 hours (ie 6 hours across three days/week) you can choose your days except every second week you need to work the Friday and Monday (eg 12/14th June)
   » You will be assisting a very secure, long-established and growing organisation, who support a wide variety of patients in a fascinating and exciting area of medicine that is advancing continually
   » Due to their long serving employee having to relocate out of Auckland, the need for a Temporary resource has arisen whilst the permanent part time function is shaped for replacement (this may also be of interest, a separate application)
   » Start from Monday 14 June, if available earlier, a handover is available (otherwise over Zoom)
