Hui E! Community Aotearoa is seeking a Kaitohutohu Whakapakari Hapori (Community Resilience Adviser). Your function will build a series of community and social initiatives to help strengthen community hauora, resilience and wellbeing at a community organisational level. You will start by defining the best approaches to resourcing identified needs, opportunities and priorities of community organisations. You will bring together community organisations, service providers, government, councils, business and funders to help generate solutions. You will bring your solid background in community development and planning to this function. Ideally you will also have practice preparing and delivering community resilience projects across community organisations. You must be able to demonstrate a well-developed knowledge and knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its principles. Te reo and tikanga M?ori knowledge would be an advantage. this function is for 20 hours a week on a 12-month fixed term contract. income $75,000-$80,000 pro-rata.
