We are looking for someone with a background working with HR or Recruitment either internal or external. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of employment compliance, writing adverts, phone screening and interviewing. The role - You will be supporting the internal recruitment of a large and successful New Zealand business. Your role will be supporting them during a very busy time in the lead up before Christmas. You will be handling the candidate management which will include, writing adverts, managing applicant's, phone screening potential candidates and employment compliance.
