Organisational Capcapability and Services (OCS) | He Pou Aronui Finance sits within Organisational Capcapability and Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand. We have an opportunity for a Financial Support agent to join our team. Working in the Financial Accounting and Control team you will be responsible to ensure reconciliation between two key systems are completed by investigating the cause of the reconciling items. You will also manage the relationship with our key operational contacts. Key requirements of the function include: » Proven capability to investigate transactions. » Good communication expertise. » Attention to detail, strong time management expertise, growth mindset and self-motivated. » A passion for identifying and improving business processes while maintaining a strong internal control environment. To be considered for this function you must have prior practice with completing reconciliations between a Point of Sale systems and bank systems while having an excellent eye for detail. Most importantly, you're a team player, have an open, approachable and collaborative communication and working style and you are capable of building long-term productive stakeholder relationships.
