The function

The Senior Advisor leadership abilities Capcapability is responsible for contributing to the design and development of core learning frameworks, programmes and projects across the organisation that contributes to building the overall leadership abilities capcapability. Information technology includes the design of learning and development frameworks, systems, training needs analysis, training design, management of training delivery, training effectiveness evaluation, leadership abilities coaching, adult learning methods, and blended learning approaches to ensure high-quality targeted leadership abilities and management development for employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of frameworks, systems and workplans that support implementation of the leadership abilities Strategy and build leadership abilities capcapability across the organisation
• Development of an organisational learning culture
• Coaching and consulting of managers, peers and the wider business
• Research, design and development of People initiatives
• Review, evaluation and reporting on leadership abilities development solutions
• Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships especially when collaborating on design
• Project management
• Facilitating workshops
• Written or verbal presentation of recommendations or other key messages

To be prosperous

• 3-5 years HR practice, typically as an L&D professional
• practice developing frameworks or models
• Some practice in project management methodology and practice in participation in prosperous human resources, organisational development or related projects
• practice in the wider public sector and State sector operating environment
• Facilitation and coaching practice
