If so, we want you to join us. Your new function We have a great opportunity for a motivated and driven Executive adjunct to join our M?ori Impact Group. With a primary focus of supporting the General Manager M?ori Impact, this new position will suit an individual with strong organisational and communication expertise who is confident in making an impact within our organisation and community as a whole. This is an exciting function that offers the prosperous candidate the opportunity to expand their expertise and expertiseet. everyday activities may vary but the opportunity to use initiative, innovative thinking and to make an impact will remain the same. This position would suit an enthusiastic, energetic and passionate individual who wants to grow in their career. An consciousness of the working relationship of iwi, hap?, M?ori businesses, government agencies, and M?ori research communities would be advantageous. everyday responsibilities will include: » Diary, email and travel management » Meeting coordination » Preparation of written reports, documents and presentations » Project work » Hui planning and event management To be prosperous in this function we need you to bring: » Previous practice in an administrative function » High level of attention to detail and accuracy » Solid expertise of office systems, excellent computer expertise, and a availability to lgain software applications » A passion to build and grow your own expertise and expertise » The capability to speak te reo M?ori would be an advantage Who we are ESR is a Crown Research Institute, working with and for clients and stakeholders to deliver enhanced scientific research services for the economic, environmental and social wellbeing of New Zealand.
