Internally, the graphic designer will work closely with the Marketing Campaign Lead, Head of Audience and Partnerships, Audience Development Lead and Content Editor, as well as other staff as required. Externally this function will work closely with the Festival's creative agencies including website providers, creative agencies, photographers, filmmakers, and media planners on the dispatch of advertising. We are seeking for Somebody with a minimum of 2-3 years' practice in graphic design with capcapability in producing both print and digital material. The ideal candidate is agile and organized, a team player, cool under pressure, loves variety and is up for the challenges and compensates of working in a multi-event creative arts context. The key capabilities of the function are: » High level of graphic design creativity applicable to both print and digital projects. » High level of technical competency in realising design work for both print and digital projects. » High level of competence in significant software. » knowledge of print and pre-press processes. » Good communication expertise, strong team player, cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic arts environment. » Exceptional attention to detail.
