Following an internal promotion, We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As our new Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be the glue that helps keep our busy team together, you will thrive in a fast paced function full of variety where you are encouraged to use your initiative, improve processes, and provide outstanding support to our Talent Acquisition Consultants, our leaders and our candidates. What would I be doing? Your new function will offer a lot of variety; you can expect to be answering queries from our candidates and leaders, organising assessments and background checks, supporting our contractors across ACC, and to get involved with posting adverts, booking interviews and generally supporting the team in ensuring we offer a best in class recruitment practice when someone applies to work at ACC. What would I need to be prosperous in this function? » practice in an administration or coordination function involving people/process and technology » A high level of communication and interpersonal skills » A great attitude and a curious, customer centric mindset » The capability to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities » A significant degree or previous exposure to HR would be advantageous What’s in Information technology for me?
