If you’re a passionate and enthusiastic UX Designer looking for a function with a leadership abilities focus then look no further because we’re looking for someone to own the ACC practice of every New Zealander. We don’t just talk the UX talk either, we walk the walk – regularly getting in touch with our customers to understand their wants and needs. You’ll be working on the future of ACC. We have big plans and we want passionate people at the coal face making Information technology happen. ACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury. In the function you’ll be responsible for the following: » Working within an agile team of focused developers, testers and business analysts » Involved in all stages of design from project inception to live product » Active in user research and testing and willing to lead others in this area. Sharing your technical expertise to help your team understand the complexities of your design. An advocate for great and high quality design practices What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » Curious – it’s what we’re all about and you’ll be at the forefront of creating easy to use and valuable products » Futurist – you’re mapping the path forward for our customers and their practice of our desktop application » Customer focused – your work will constantly be in front of all New Zealanders.
