About the function
As a Design and Implementation Senior Advisor you’ll work across the Injury avoidance Team and wider ACC, and collaborate with customers and other key stakeholders, to design and deliver solutions that improve results for people and reduce workplace harm.
You will be joining a friendly and passionate team who enjoy working in a fast paced and agile environment. This is a great opportunity to use your expertise and practice to influence health and safety systems across Aotearoa and positively impact on the lives of New Zealanders.
What practice or expertise do you need to be prosperous?
   » capability to influence and strong stakeholder and relationship management practice
   » Public sector practice, including knowledge government procurement processes and practice managing contractual relationships
   » practice using behavioural change frameworks or models to inform the design of new or enhanced products and services
   » practice using ‘best practice’ design and implementation approaches (including those for different populations such as Maori, Pasifika) to develop or enhance products and services
   » Proven problem solving through collaboration with others
   » practice contributing to the development of business cases for investment, governance and reporting documents
   » A desire to lgain through lean design processes, and work within an agile team to deliver value
