ACC’s Recovery Services team is responsible for over a hundred health services, from small highly specialised contracts to services delivered nationwide by large organisations. We work closely with a range of healthcare providers, NGOs, government agencies plus corporate functions and frontline teams across ACC to ensure our injured clients get the support they need. It’s an exciting time – we are evolving how we work and developing new and innovative services, so we need great people to join us! We are currently looking for several Portfolio Managers, where for us,portfolio management is a combination of big picture thinking aligned to our market strategy, delivered through a series of smaller projects or programmes of work. You need to be a strong leader with the capability to look past the churn and set our future direction, critical thinking expertise to deal with tough problems, and negotiation and influencing expertise to deliver in an ever-changing environment. You will need to build relationships with senior people, both internally and externally, to be able to proactively manage both the day-to-day activities and longer-term organisational risks, giving visibility and confidence to our leaders including ACC’s Executive and Board. You will drive positive engagement within the team and be a real advocate for ACC and our Recovery Services team.
