This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Analyst to work within an Incident Management team in a government organisation for a 3-month contract. We are seeking for Somebody with practice working on Oracle HCM and other ERP modules.

To be prosperous for this function, you must have the appropriate practice to complete the following tasks:
   » Monitoring, triaging and assigning tickets
   » Resolving Level 1 issues
   » Reviewing impact assessments
   » Undertake activities post patching
   » Service and Change Request Management
Ideally you will come from an ITIL background
