The focus of this function is to support Equipment Management Groups with the maintenance planning and scheduling of in-service equipment across the organisation whilst keeping accurate maintenance history records within SAP. Please note: this function is largely located in Trentham but there will be some planned travel requirements as part of this function. You will need to hold a full, clean drivers' license. What we need: » An knowledge of equipment management, supply chain processes and logistics practice will provide you with an excellent foundation for this function. » You will have practice in managing and maintaining records and databases, ideally using SAP or a similar corporate information system. Additionally, you will have a sound knowledge of the maintenance and repair function within an organisation, including equipment parts, services and documentation required for maintenance work. » As a pro-active and confident communicator, you will be effective at engaging with a wide variety of different people to deliver quality customer focussed service ultimately ensuring our equipment is maintained to a high standard. » You will be able to work autonomously, at pace, planning and managing workflow effectively and efficiently while adapting to changing requirements as they arise. Strong attention to detail and maintaining accuracy over busy times will be strengths of yours.
