As a Design and Implementation Senior Advisor you will use your expertise and practice to provide high level analysis, advice and information to design and deliver new and improved injury avoidance products and services – bringing the voice of customer to life. This is your opportunity to embrace our agile methodology and design and deliver solutions that influence Health and Safety systems and have a positive impact on the lives of New Zealanders. For you to be prosperous in this function We are seeking for you to bring your practice in: » Co-development, human centred design or behavioural change » Developing strong evidence-located approaches to design/change » Building solutions through collaborative working with internal and external partners » Providing practical solutions to complex issues » Leading the design and implementation of new services or products » Internal and external stakeholder and relationship management » knowledge of the machinery of government and development of business cases for investment » Developing and implementing communication and engagement plans would be useful You will be joining a friendly and passionate team that enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
