This is a well-established Tier 1 contractor with a high-quality reputation who are now on the lookout for a Foreman who can slot into a team working on one of their $10M  - $20M+ commercial projects. This contractor has formalised reviews and proactively promotes on merit with options to be move into site management beyond this project.
You will be working underneath a Senior Site Manager and will be responsible for structure and will then move along through the stages of project including internal elements and fit out.
As a background and about you:
   » Come from a trade background with proven practice of running sub-contractors efficiently
   » A minimum of 4-6 years' practice as a Foreman on medium sized commercial projects, ideally coming from a commercial Tier 2 or Tier 1 contractor.
   » Demonstrate initiative and foresight with seeing issues and/or problems arising on site or those affecting programme delivery targets
   » Possess strong computer expertise
   » Show stcapability with previous employers
   » Have excellent people management expertise
   » Have the potential to lead sites with further development
   » Be a team player
