The team manages client groups made up of blue and white collar acroiss multiple companies under an ANZ parent company. The function of Business Partner is a generalist function and can cover a wide variety of HR areas (ER, internal communication, people & talent development, succession planning, HR systems, processes & policies, etc.). The culture of the organization is quite entrepreneurial, which requires people to be flexible, curious and have great problem-solving abilities. Information technology also requires close collaboration with all members of the P&C team. function Responsibilities; * Partner with managers and leaders * Coach to create a fair and high-performing culture * Provide quality advice * Design organisational structure * Assist with strategic planning * Manage ER issues * Mindset and behavioural change * Create positive practices This is a function that is all about culture, communication, engagement, diversity and inclusion and will be fopcvussed on driving behaviours that create positive culture change and engagement across the business.
