function:
   » You will provide first contact support and resolution for Service Desk calls, and escalation where required.
   » You will coordinate and/or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems and applications. In conjunction with the Service Desk team, you will manage the processing of incoming calls to the Service Desk to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution to end users.
   » Located either in Wellington or Hastings
   » 40 hrs a week function
You:
   » Holds a significant Bachelors’ degree
   » At least three years' practice in a similar information technology service desk position
   » expertise of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices
   » practice with database management
   » capability to juggle multiple priorities
   » Have excellent communication and relationship management expertise.
