Full time permanent, or fixed-term positions available. High Country Salmon is situated on the hydro canals of the Mackenzie Country near the town of Twizel, New Zealand. We are a small boutique operation that produces, processes and sells our salmon through our dispatch department, shop and cafe situated on State Highway 8. We are seeking for Salmon Processors to join our team and perform multiple tasks in our processing and dispatch departments. Our new Salmon Processors will ideally have knife expertise - either previous fish filleting practice, in meat processing, or in a kitchen or other food preparation. Full training will be provided, and industry qualifications are available. They will also need to have a very good work ethic and be a team player. These positions are ideal for people who want to work with a great team of people and who enjoys all that the Mackenzie country has to offer. These are full-time permanent positions (or fixed term), working for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week with two consecutive rostered days off.
