About the function: The prosperous applicant will be responsible for managing end-to-end property leases within their portfolio. this function would be a strong fit for a friendly people person who is confident with their communication to effectively manage tenant engagement, communications, and liaison. I’m looking for an independent self-starter, who can think on their feet. The candidate must have an knowledge of Te Ao M?ori and promote Tikanga and Te Reo M?ori and be able to incorporate this into their day-to-day work. The prosperous Applicant will be able to: » Demonstrate an approach to working with customers and show a availability and drive to embrace a culture of collaboration and ownership. » Previous practice in the property space or availability to learn. » Models’ excellent customer service and considers customers in all areas of business development planning. » Flexibility and adaptcapability, with a strong customer focus and growth mindset.
