Our RMA Consents team are busy and are ready to welcome a new member to the team. The opportunity we have is for an Intermediate RMA Planner. The qualified planner who will be prosperous in securing this position will:» Have practice in processing both subdivision and land-use resource consents within a local government framework » Seek the challenge of processing resource consents of varying complexity and type » Be confident to make the tough decisions when required » Have a good knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991 and the Resource Management Amendment Act 2003 and the resource consent process » Be capable of consistently producing work of high quality within the required timeframes » Minimum 4-6 years post qualification practice in a planning field Whangarei is a great place to live and Information technology keeps getting better.
