We are seeking for excellent Receptionist / Office Administrators  to join our team of active
temporary workforce adding value to our client's business. You will have previous
practice working in a medium to large concern, managing a variety
of tasks. Your attention to detail and capability to delivering timely and accurate information
while interacting with a wider team is essential. If you are passionate about what you
do, focused and capable of delivering excellent service, this might be the right opportunity for
you.
 
tasks may include:
 
·         Professionally managing the telephone system and reception area
·         Providing administration support to the greater team
·         Updating the company website
·         Ensuring the boardroom and kitchen areas are maintained
·         Managing the meeting rooms booking system
·         Ordering of stationery or consumables
·         Coordinating of meetings or events
·         Applying professional problem solving and multi-tasking expertise
 
To be prosperous you must present the following expertise and competencies:
·         Previous practice working as a receptionist and/or office administrator
·         Warm, friendly and approachable personality
·         Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
·         Great interpersonal, time management and problem-solving expertise
·         Intermediate to Advanced level MS Office expertise
·         Accurate data entry expertise
·         Excellent attention to detail and capability to prioritise tasks
